FAQ

Is Serumx medical advice?

No. Serumx is a personal planning and journaling tool. It does not diagnose or treat skin conditions. Talk to a qualified professional for medical concerns.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything is stored on your device. There is no login.

How do AM-C and PM-A lanes work?

Add bottles on Shelf, then Hang them on today’s AM-C (morning) or PM-A (evening) lane. Check them off on Routine or via the center Check-in button.

What is Skin Profile / Focus / Avoid?

Set ingredients you want more of (Focus) and ones to limit (Avoid). When you add or hang bottles, Serumx can warn you about matches — especially Avoid items.

Why do exports cost coins?

PDF exports and HD bottle cards use in-app coins. You receive welcome coins and can buy more in Me → Wallet. Prices are shown before you confirm.

Purchase didn’t credit coins

  1. Open Me → Wallet and wait a few seconds on a stable connection.
  2. Force-quit and reopen Serumx.
  3. Tap restore / retry if shown.
  4. Email us with your Apple receipt if coins are still missing.

Reminders not firing

Enable notifications for Serumx in iOS Settings → Notifications. Then turn reminders on in Me → Routine Reminders.

How do I delete everything?

Me → Clear All Data removes local Serumx content. You can also delete the app to remove its data from your phone.
